Myers Briggs Workshops

Dr Matthew Cahill has been using the Myers Briggs tool for over 20 years to help individuals develop and teams function better.

We are all different. We see the world differently. We make decisions differently. We react to stress and conflict differently. We often don't choose our colleagues. Different personalities can accomplish everyday tasks in different ways.

The idea of Myers Briggs is to explore 'type' and 'preferences' so we understand our own, and each others, differences. When this is understood and appreciated, this makes everyone's contribution more effective and the team, or organisation as a whole, more productive and profitable.

Differences aren't bad, they are just different. Myers Briggs can help turn the many differences among us into powerful tools instead of divisive intrusions. That way, everyone wins.

Contact us to find out more about our workshops and how you can understand your own type and preferences better, and help your team to perform more effectively.
