Medicolegal Reports
Dr Cahill has been working in the medicolegal arena for over ten years. He has consistently gathered excellent feedback for the quality of his reports and overall service.
He has been instructed by both Claimants and Defendants (currently a 70:30 split). He typically produces reports within two weeks of assessment. Solicitors often return to him for further instructions.
Given his range of clinical experience, he is able to accept a wide range of cases. He has experience in court, and has acted as an expert in the Court of Protection on frequent occasions.
He successfully attained the Cardiff University Bond Solon Civil Expert Certificate and continues regular professional development with Bond Solon.
