I didn't really know what to expect at first, but I left the workshop understanding a lot more about myself, individuals in my team, and how we are all different in the way we communicate, interact, think and feel. The tool gave us a clear understanding and allows us to work better together by understanding our differences. I've no doubt this will help us work better as a team, and reduce conflict and misunderstandings. The whole workshop was delivered in a very professional way but Matthew bought a sense of fun and humour to the proceedings, meaning that it was a great way to interact as a team whilst giving us the necessary tools. I would highly recommend to any forward thinking organisation, looking to develop team dynamics and leadership skills.

Attending one of Matt's Myers Briggs workshops was one of the most fun and interactive workshops that I have attended. Matt had an extremely warm and engaging manner and was particularly skilled at bringing to life the material he was presenting. As a clinical psychologist I think I have good insight into myself and group dynamics, but this workshop took this to a whole new level. It provided me with greater understanding into my role in teams, how I process information and the choices that I have now made in my career. I found this all extremely helpful and validating. Overall, I would highly recommend this workshop to any anyone looking at developing their understanding of their role within groups and teams. This is the perfect workshop for a team away day.
Dr Amanda Dee, Clinical Psychologist
Dr Cahill's Myers Briggs workshop has been among the most valuable additions to my professional locker. The session delivered a self and teamwork awareness that would otherwise sit untapped. What I learnt about myself could immediately be leveraged to the betterment of my work and myself. This was game-changing.
Deb Linton, Journalist
Great combination of theory and interactivity. The situational examples of types used to bring each to life were really helpful and illuminating. I already knew my Myers Briggs type but a great refresher on strengths, areas for development and blind spots to be aware of. It will help my team by recognising behavioural types in team members and a better understanding of how to work with them, collaborate and understand them

I attended a Myers's Briggs session with Dr Cahill and loved the experience. He brought his charisma, humour and expertise to a fascinating insight into how we can better understand ourselves, our personalities, intrinsic desires, likes and dislikes into daily life, work and relationships. What I loved about this session was how as an experienced Psychiatrist used his professional skills but also lots of fun to make this a really interactive, bonding and engaging experience. I would highly recommend this session to anyone who wants to delve a little deeper and learn more about themselves and how they tick.
Kate Moryoussef, ADHD Women's Coach and Podcast Host
I found Dr Cahill's Myers Briggs session enormously useful with our group. It not only presented an opportunity for deeper understanding of myself, particularly how I behave under pressure, also the diversity of the personalities with my immediate team and their preferences and responses. This work will build trust amongst team members and allow them to work more effectively together.

We attended an evening workshop led by Dr Matthew Cahill recently. I was initially dubious about this sort of thing, however, the session was both informative and enjoyable. Dr Matt has a natural ability to control his audience whilst maintaining the level of output and ensuring the flow of the session is maintained. It was extremely insightful from a personal perspective and highlighted differences in colleagues which I wasn't aware of. A really brilliant exercise and one that I would highly recommend.

I recently went to a Myers Briggs workshop, run by Dr Matt Cahill. It was a fantastic workshop which I found both enlightening and engaging. The event was meticulously organised by Matt. His enthusiasm and ability to maintain a lively atmosphere throughout the workshop were commendable (and we were quite a lively crowd!)
The workshop provided valuable insights into the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, which I can see would be hugely beneficial to acknowledge both personally and as part of a team, especially when thinking about team dynamics, communication and working relationships. It was evident that a lot of effort went into designing the content to ensure it was both informative and interactive for us all.
Overall, I found the workshop to be a highly beneficial experience. Matt's exceptional co-ordination skills and the well-structured content made it extremely fun & enjoyable! I would highly recommend attending one of Matt's workshops to anyone interested in gaining a deeper understanding of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator, and finding out more about themselves!

I found the Myers Briggs workshop to be a well-run, engaging and informative session. The direction given was clear and the process and output of the exercises was very informative in understanding one's own and other team members preferences, motivations and working styles - all of which I am sure can be applied to enhance individual and team performances.

I completed the Myers Briggs workshop within a group, facilitated by Dr Matthew Cahill. The session exceeded my expectations. It was not only engaging and humorous at times, but I walked away with so much more insight into my feelings and how we engage with others (including our partners!). I particularly enjoyed reflecting on our personality types at the end and thinking about how we interact with others. Matthew is an incredible host and presenter and the activities throughout the evening were so much fun! So glad I attended the session and would highly recommend this to others looking to understand themselves better, and for a brilliant group activity!
Dr Laura Miller, Clinical Psychologist
The training was involving, informative, interactive, inclusive, humorous and very useful. Normally struggle with online training, but this just sped by. It was so organised and Matthew is a master on his subject and delivering what was a tour de force, cannot praise him highly enough - class act!

I'm a people person and just love this type of workshop. It's fascinating to learn more about how we can get the best from people if we understand more about their preferences. It helped me to understand that there are different ways of how I can interact best with others and how to approach challenging situations.
